Garagistic is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ANY USED OR INSTALLED PARTS. Some items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as any order returned after 30 days. We do not accept returns on clearance items. All clearance items are final sale and the buyer is responsible for confirming fitment of any application outside of stock configuration. We do not accept returned customized or made-to-order items such as chassis mount shifters, supreme OEM shifters, driveshafts, wiring harnesses, engine mounting kits, roll bars etc (please contact us if you are unsure if you part falls under this category). All products we carry from other vendors such as NRG Innovations and LINK ECU are ineligible for return. We do not refund shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any orders after 30 days. On returns authorized past 30 days from the delivery date, we reserve the right to give store credit instead of a refund (please reach out to confirm). We absolutely do not accept used or damaged items for return. It is your responsibility to make sure that returned items arrive to us in good condition please pack your items accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any items not authorized before hand. It is the customers responsibility to arrange return shipping for any items that are rejected through the return process.

Because we are very small company with a limited amount of humans, the only way to return or exchange an item is through this system. Its VERY easy to use and will walk you through everything. Why is there a restocking fee?
Well the first reason is that it was in the terms and conditions on checkout. However there is a better reason. Honest companies charge restocking fees for a very simple reason: to keep costs (and thus prices for you) down when dealing with the return of items that are not defective. There are a lot of costs associated with processing an order. If you buy something and then return it, there is more costs to handle the return.
All returns must be thoroughly inspected when received back at the warehouse to ensure they are in 100% resalable condition. New packaging materials usually need to be utilized because it is typically only designed to be used two times (initial use and possible return shipment). Time and materials involved inspecting, repackaging and restocking are not insignificant. The bottom line is restocking fees help keep prices low for you!
For this reason we do not accept returns on any used or previously installed products. We will not sell used products to our customers who are expecting brand new Garagistic parts. At times we may have to charge a higher restocking fee on a return if the parts are damaged during the return shipping. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe arrival of the parts you are returning to us. Thanks!

Overview
The Garagistic bolt-in roll bar for the E30 chassis is built with the dual-purpose driving enthusiast in mind! This was released after customers wanted an affordable way to get our famous roll bars! Well, this is the weld-it-yourself (DIY) kit. We did most of the hard work for you! All roll bar pieces are pre-notched and ready to weld. Additionally, we provide you with all of the tubes needed to make any of the variations of this roll bar you need - straight and bent harness bars, straight or bent rear legs, and diagonal X bracing are all included in this comprehensive DIY kit. Because these come in pieces, shipping is considerably cheaper than our fully assembled roll bars.
Our roll bar tubing is made from high-strength 1.75" dia x .120 wall DOM tubing with 1/8" thick mounting plates for optimal strength and durability. It features a nice snug fit while still retaining the use of factory front seat belts.
Our roll bar's feet of the main hoop mount to the outer thicker area of the floorboard instead of the thin footwell. This helps to ensure a strong mounting point and prevent tear-through if the worst should happen. We also include outer reinforcement plates that help to further reinforce the mounting points by squeezing from both inside and out of the cabin.

Rear X Bracing Bars x3 pcs
- Consisting of three bars to add the iconic X to the rear, these are optional to add extra rigidity to the chassis. Those who prefer to save a little weight can choose to not add the X. This will only work with straight rear legs. Cutting down the X bars and modifying the lower coping can be done to fit on bent rear legs.

- The rear legs are left longer to allow for adjustability on the overall fit, it is recommended to cut them a little shorter if you want your cage to be removable in the future or leave them longer if the cage is going to be installed permanently

M10 bolts, nuts, and nylon locking nuts - QTY 12
- Recommended to install with locking nuts on top to prevent damage to the bolt threads in the event that your car comes into contact with road debris
- The roll bar can also be welded directly into the chassis if so desired
Installation
These roll bar kits require welding. These do not come pre-welded. This is the DIY kit. Welding is recommended to be done by a professional who is certified to be able to weld safety equipment. Garagistic is not liable for "fabricators" who pick up a harbor freight welder and attempt this as their first welding project. Please practice caution and common sense in the assembly of this roll bar.
Please note: The main hoop and rear legs are purposfully longer
We do this so that you can cut them down to your liking. If you want the main hoop really close to the roof (or you have a non-sunroof e30), you might want to leave them a little longer. If you want the ability to remove the roll bar in the future easier, you would also have that ability since you cut the legs to your liking. Once you cut the main hoop, you can then do the same for the rear legs to adjust angle, position and landing areas.

In no event shall Garagistic be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages to property or life, whatsoever arising out of or connected with the use or misuse of this product. Under no circumstance do we imply that this product improves the safety of your car or prevents injury from occurring during an automotive incident. This product is strictly for off-road use and is simply the precursor material for producing a harness bar, roll bar, or aesthetic modification. It is not intended for use in any motorized vehicle.
